24 hour supervision.
Individual case management.

Transportation for work and Va appointments.
Meals.
Clothing and Hygiene necessities.
Needed household items upon discharge.

Veteran Admission Requirements
- Honorably discharged, Medically discharged, Other then Honorable with a copy of or access to a valid copy of DD-214 or DD-215. We can assist in obtaining a copy.
- Meet the definition of Homeless according to HUD (literally homeless or imminently homeless within 14 days).
- Participation and completion of a VA In-patient dependency treatment program, if determined to be needed on a case to case basis.
- Must be open to treatment plan to transition out of homelessness.
- Must be able to live in a community environment of Veterans in a similar situation.
- Must be responsible for their own living area and personal hygiene.
- Must help with chores around the house and grounds.
- Must be open to helping with meal preparation when needed.
- Admission is based upon available space, need, and motivation of the Veteran.
- Length of stay is determined on a case to case basis, with the goal of 6-9 months maximum in most cases.

Our Goal is to provide that needed stepping stone, to allow our Veterans to get out of their current situation and on to their new lives.
